The competition of the supply chain has become the competitive focus.How to accelerate the information delivery has become the critical factor to improve the competitive ability of SCM.Grid is a new important information technology by which resources and in-formation can be shared between different organizations.The application of grid in the SCM is analyzed and a supply chain information platform based on grid is designed.By this model,enterprises in the supply chain realize the share of information and conformity of re-source and raise the efficiency of the supply chain.
