The Methods of Regional Risk Assessment of Investment Projects Based on IOWA Operator and CCR Model by Multi-granularity

It is a key step to assessing regional risk of investment projects for each region suitable for the project investment.On the basis of building attributes system and for the problem of risk assessment,multi-granularity is first transferred to basic linguistic term set when each decision maker gives importance to risk elements.With IOWA operator,importance of risk factor is determined for all decision makers.Weight of regional risk order in different regions is calculated considering risk factors' state value by CCR model.
