Frequently operating electric switches in beer automatic bottling ling include relays,contactor,position-limit switch etc.,which are contact free switch component.This paper analyzes the common malfunctions in beer automatic bottling line based on improved PLC controlling system;making the production ling real-time supervisory-controllable.
