Optimization of video decoder on MAPCA

This paper introduces the features of high-speed DSP-MAPCA,based on which most emphasis is on the optimization of the H.261 video decoder,including reasonable adjustments of the program framework,the optimizations of the main program module IDCT and the I-quant.The decoding time after the optimization only takes one-third of the original.
