The handwriting distinction writes the person status through the machine analysis writing by handwriting judgment.Like voice,fingerprints,iris patterns and other biometric identification technology,it is a typical pattern recognition problem.The handwriting distinction may divide into the online and off-line.Handwriting identification methods can be divided into two categories: the interdependence of text and text-independent method.Mainly deals with offline Uighur handwritten handwriting identification study,sought to extract images of handwriting characteristics of the overall situation, to provide more effective identification information,Uighur combined with its own characteristics unrelated to the text of the handwriting identification pretreatment and feature extraction technology for a detailed study.
