Current status of data mining on clinical study of lung cancer treated by TCM

From 4 clinical research topics of lung cancer treated by TCM(TCM syndrome differentiation,prescription,clinical decision making,and comprehensive effect),this paper probes into the status and demand of chinese medical information storage and data analysis,and put forward the corresponding thoughts and methods in data mining.It shows that the structured information platform of TCM and oncology plays an important role in improving the efficiency,quality and level of clinical work and scientific research.According to the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment of tumors,reasonable application of the data mining technology and method would provide powerful support for the standardization and individualization of TCM diagnosis and treatment in lung cancer.
