Safe operation of water conveyance structure is the basic precondition for diversion works to play its project benefits.The safety of water conveyance structure is evaluated through both the obtained quantitative data from safety monitoring devices and the qualitative daily management of operation.By bringing both the quantitative and the qualitative indexes into the evaluation system,the safety evaluation system is perfected to enhance the safety of water conveyance structures.Furthermore,the adoption of multi-tier fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can not only ensure the accuracy of quantitative computation and the science of qualitative estimation,but also ensure the unification of the integrative evaluation on both the quantitative and qualitative indexes,which makes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the safe operation of water conveyance structure more objective and believable.
