Fast Wavelet-based Image Retrieval

The paper presents a method for wavelet-based image retrieval. It extracts image signature by wavelet decomposition, then searching by using the method of the paper. The method has been applied in the Commemorative Coins Retrieval System. The method is very fast and needs a little storage and is implemented easily.
