A Novel Channel Estimation Method for CMMB System

The physical frame structure of China mobile multimedia broadcasting(CMMB) and the characteristic of OFDM pilots are introduced.The classical channel estimation method and a novel channel estimation for CMMB system are proposed. The simulation result shows that the new method can reduce the bit error rate(BER) and improve performance.
