The three tier structure and its application in database system

The concept of middleware and its application are dealt with. In contrast to the two tier C/S model, the three tier C/S model has great advantage in enterprise application. Finally the five kinds of the middleware and characterristic of each kind of middleware based on its effects and technology in the system are presented.
