Design of Switch and Filter Module in RF Wideband Power Amplifier

The switch and filter module is one of the key components in RF wideband PA(Power Amplifier).With PA's volume continuously reduced and output power increased,design of the switch and filter module becomes more and more important and difficult.This paper introduced the basic constitute of the switch and filter module,analyzed practical problems during its implementation,and presented their solutions.
