Effect of Narrow Correlator Spacing on PN Code Measure Accuracy

Wei Liang · Radio Engineering of China · 2009

The theory shows that correlator space is an important factor of measure error.Narrow correlator spacing is an important step of PN code measure. It can reduce measure error raised by thermal noise.By analysing the measure error,we can draw a conclusion that the relation between reduce measure error and double-sided front-end bandwidth.By the MATLAB simulation,It validates the conclusion that narrow correlator contributes to measure error is restricted by double-sided front-end bandwidth. When double-sided front-end bandwidth is decided, the contribution is decided.Simultaneouly we draw a conclusion about the narrow correlator realization,it provides theory foundation for project applications.
