A Discussion of Plights and Way out of Aging Education—— Take Jilin Province as an Example

Aging education should be dominated by the government at all levels, and take the elderly as its educating object. It should make sure the elderly can be entitled lifelong education rights, and meet the demands of the elderly's spiritual and cultural life. The goal of aging education is overall development. Chinese aging education has some problem such as the system and mechanism is not complete, hardware facilities is not perfect, the quality of education is not guaranteed, and the educational goal is hard to be realized. In order to solve these problems, the paper discusses some solutions and illuminates the fundamental way out for aging education development in China from some aspects below, such as developing aging education according to law, building educational investment security system, strengthening the teachers team construction, conducting teaching reform from the perspective of people oriented, and carrying out international exchanges and cooperation.
