Design of flood alarm system controlled by short message

In order to meet requirements of flood alarm in some occasions,the short messaging service(SMS) of GSM is adopted to implement the flooding alarm.A method of digital filtering with software,filtering of arithmetic mean value,is also adopted to restrain electromagnetic interference.In design of hardware,MSP430 is taken as the core for MCU module,TC35 module as the wireless transceiver of short messages,and then the hardware platform is formed with the flooding monitoring module and the two modules mentioned above.In design of software,short messages are controlled by AT instruction from MCU's UART to TC35 module.As a condition of alarm,some values of voltage are collected and stored in MCU's memories.By the way of short message,the flood alarm,the sensitivity control of flooding,adding or removing user's phone number and definition of short message are achieved.The system meets the requirements of flood alarm by short message,and has features of flexible control and long-distance alarm as well.
