Global Existence and Quenching for Parabolic Equation with Logarithmic Singularity

A class initial-boundary value problem of parabolic differential equation with logarithmic singular term is considered.It is proved that solutions are global for adequate small region Ω such that diameter and D≤D~* and upper bound of D~* and is estimated,while solutions quench in finite time for adequate large region.The uper and lower bound of quenching time and rate is estimated.
