Reliability research and design of on-board computers of micro-satellite

A design project of on-board computers of micro-satellite including spare system and parallel system is proposed according to the rigorous requirements for reliability and real-time performance.The reliability of the design project is modeled and calculated based on reliability theory of computer system and Markov chain.The calculated results prove that the design project can do well in both reliability and real-time performance.Generally,the reliability of the on-board computers system is up to 0.97 within three years,which can meet the requirements of general on-board computer systems of micro-satellites.
