Electromagnetic environment is one of external condition that must be faced with the troop campaigns and trains.The construction of electromagnetic environment is the important measurement that promotes transformation of military train conditions.In allusion to actuality of means on data collection in train base,one new method of electromagnetic environment complexity evaluation is put forward.At the same time,the definitions of index and calculation models are presented.Example indicates the rationality and practicability of the arithmetic.
