According to the offshore oil industry faces offshore facilities how safe and effective monitoring and management problems,from the practice of the offshore petroleum industry safety production management needs,combined with the offshore platform and ship communications network link and transmission characteristics,the use of advanced remote control technology and marine oil emergency management concept,design and development of remote monitoring and offshore production facilities management system platform,and discusses the overall framework,software and hardware structure and application development trends,and briefly describes the function of each function module and system characteristics,to ensure safety in production has been as important means used in the offshore platform and ship transport,improving the safety production management level,and have achieved very good results.
