Design and Implementation of the Software Project Management System Based on MVC Model

The quality of software project management determines the software efficiency. It introduces the E-SPM, a software project management system which embraces comparably mature functions. The system is based on updated MVC model. With a structure of layouts, this system realized aspects covered in key domain of CMM II. It uses the currently prevalent WEB frame. The change tracking section of the system tryouts XML as the intermediary for the information view. The prospects for the further system development and the software project management development is approached at the end.
