Application of Computer Software to Precision Measurement in High-speed Rail

Precision measurement in the construction of high-speed rail should depend on wide application of computer software technique.In view of data collection,data processing,data transformation,and data processing,this paper introduces the major principles of precision measurement by combining LEICA1200.Furthermore,it also puts forward the key points to develop and design CPIII software.
