Study on Unidirectional Electret Microphone

Electret condenser microphones (ECM) have been widely used in many communication fields.The key technique in design and manufacture of unidirectional ECM is how to control the internal phase-shift network.In this paper,both the electro-acoustic theory and analysis methods of circuit are used.A model of unidirectional ECM is established.The simulation results are compared with the measurement results,both of which conform to each other.
