Study of Realizing Multiple Message Transporting Based on GPRS and Socket Mechanism

In this paper,a method for realizing MM-sending through GPRS modem,based on GPRS and socket mechanism,is proposed.In the transaction flow of MM originator client,The log-on of GPRS by controlling the modem through AT command is accomplished,thus implementing network connection.Then the session management facility is used to connect the WAP gateway and establish session through UDP socket,thus the encapsulated MM PDU is referred to the gateway and the sending of MMS is finished successfully.
