Study on Multi-Model Noise and Its Denoising

Based on multi-scale wavelet packet transform with good time-frequency analysis capabilities,it is studied for statistics of one special kind of non-Gaussian noise-multi-model noise.Simulation results show that it can bringed multi-model noise out to simple Gaussian noise when using wavelet packet transform to handle multi-model noise.The detection performance of wavelet packet transform is better than that of traditional higher-order statistics in the background of multimodel noise.
