Model for load balance based on JXTA

The query mechanism of JXTA was introduced.several factors were provided which resulted into JXTA load imbalance from the mechanism,and designed a model for load balance based on JXTA.The model could the peer's load balance for their own capability in P2P systems by analyzing the peer's load information and allocating the peer's resources.At last,a design and application of the model was contained.
