Plan of Journal management system based on embedded word technology

Analysing for the business process of Journal management system comprehensively,the embedded word technology to solve the bottleneck problem of previous Journal management system is suggested.The entire process and all online mode of management was established based on the work flow.So it can reduce the heavy work of the editorial department,and establish a clear management channels among the author,editorial department and referees experts.
