With the constant development of the electronics and information industries,the application in the agricultural RD institution of the accounting by EDP is more and more extensive. But because of the characteristic of financial axxounting and agri-scientific research, the work of accounting by EDP of the agricultural RD institution still has a lot of questions at the present stage. The ones that passed to the agricultural Electronic Data Processing existing probem of RD institution and origin cause of formation were studied, have propsed solving the countermeasure and suggestion of these problems, including, improve thought and knowledge, strengthening the accounting building of coutingent, strengthening the institutional improvement of accounting by EDP, developing the Electronic Data Processing network, improving the Electronic Data Processing safely, etc., to how develop agricultural relevant questions of accounting by EDP of RD institution carry on the discussion.
