Torsion pole spring tiltmeter is a mini-Tiltmeter whose applied field is very wide, and it can be used to detect the floor tilt. The parameters of electronic components can be changed due to the variation of ambience temperature, and that can bring the output variation of capacitance sensor circuit. The effect of the ambience temperature to capacitance sensor circuit for torsion pole spring tiltmeter is analyzed theoretically and its modulation is studied experimentally. The experimental result shows that the ambience temperature influences rather obviously the output of capacitance sensor circuit, and it is essential to adopt temperature compensation for the circuit in the practice. And therefore,it is significant for precise measurement of the floor tilt by torsion pole spring Tiltmeter to study response to the ambience temperature.
