Research on Evaluation Model of Teaching Quality Based on AHP Algorithm

Evaluation of teaching qualiuy is one of the most important methods to improve teacher quality.By using the method of AHP,this paper forms twenty-three evaluation criteria at four levels,and allocates respective weightings.To avoid subjective effects in the course of evaluation for teaching quality and get a reasonable and democratic result,we have formed a systematic model by The Analytic Hierarchy Process.Meanwhile,we can get the main factors of the teaching quality by the weight vector and find the effective way to improve teaching quality.
