Design of the Corrugated Cardboard Crosscut Machine's Controlled System Based on Dual-PWM

Aiming at the shortcoming of the corrugated cardboard production line,the paper presented a high performance controlled system based on dual-PWM and permanent magnet synchronous servo motor by analyzing the feature of corrugated cardboard's production technology.The characteristic of its structure and technique were explained in detail.As a result,the system has many merits such as high degree of automation,high precision of shear,high power factor,low harmonic pollution and energy reversible.
