Rational Conditions and Its Application of Blin Method in Group Decision Making

The Belin method could be used to rank the alternatives in group decision making.After the fact that the Belin method satisfies four of the Arrow axioms was verified and the existence conditions of group optimal solution were discussed,ranking method of the Belin method was given and analyzed by practical example at last.
