Method of Liquid Level Monitor with Fault-tolerant Ability

Usually,a level monitor system would be breakdown when the sensor-faults and error measure happened.In order to avoid the failure of the monitor systems,a kind of fault-tolerant monitor method was proposed.The system faults were diagnosed With the multi-sensors information and the convenient diagnosis method,and then the fault-tolerant monitor of the systems was completed making use of flux information and nerve network.Using this fault-tolerant monitor method,the capabilities of the level monitor systems were guaranteed when the sensor-faults and error measure happened.The algorithms of fault-tolerant monitor was simple and easy,with no change of system structures or new equipments. The fault-tolerant monitor method was successfully used in rare earth extraction line,and could be used to the similar case of other industries.
