Measurement with High Voltage for Temperature Coefficient and Voltage Coefficient of High Precision Resistors

The resistance instability of resistor is a major cause of the divider ratio change of DC voltage ratio standard.The temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of resistor was introduced in this paper.Aiming at the development of DC voltage ratio standard,a measurement method for the temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of resistor by balanced bridge with high voltage was proposed,and three different types of resistors were measured by this method,the impact of the temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient of these resistors on their resistance at their practical working voltage was obtained.The measurement method proposed in this paper is closer to the practical working voltage of resistor,and is able to provide a basis for choosing resistor in the development of DC voltage ratio standard.
