Issues on Management of Large Unit Startup Trial Tests

The roles of trial test companies are different under different power construction project modes.It is an important issue how to face and construct a rational test system to let the test company play its role.Based on brief introduction of management modes and startup test organizations of our nation's power construction projects,the problems facing testing works are analyzed,and factors limiting effective testing,such as the conflicts between responsibility and authority within test organizing structure,and deficiencies in traditional project management modes and test companies themselves.Several suggestions that improve testing works,including using milestones as responsibility matrix of working object,etc.,are proposed.
