A algorithm of recognition of music tempo on analyzing spectrum

In order to get message of music tempo,a research analyze sampling signal in AR spectrum by a method extracting whole number from data that decreased data capacity after analyzing energy signal and making a decision of fluctuating of energy signal.Moreover it can find music tempo from frequency domain and make a right decision of music tempo.
