On Upholding and Perfecting the People’s Jury System

People’s jury system, which is an important procedure system of our country, bears the main spirit of judicial system, embodies values of democracy, justice and publicity. On this base, this essay continues to probe the main content of this system into the perspective of pattern selection and institutional design. Finally, discusses how to perfect and improve this system.
