The Application in the Prediction of Road Accidents based on Gray Markov Chain Model

Gray model and Markov chain are integeated to set up road accidents model of gray Markov chain.The research shows that the precision of gray-Markov model for forecasting road accidents is better than that of gray model and the model can be used for road accidents forecast.
