Research on Turning Expert System of Axle Parts

In order to overcome the weakness of inefficient artifical preparation of the actual production precess and irrational cutting parameter selection,a turning expert system of axle parts based on Visual and Sql Server was presented by analyzing its expertise and metal cutting theory.The system was able to extract information which could be used to develop precessing method from the recognition of the part model,as a result,process scheme,tool and cutting parameters would be recommended automatically utilizing rule-based reasoning technology.
