Target threat estimation is an important part of a C3I system, it is also the basis of C3I system resource distribution or re - distribution.The target threat estimation function is established on the basis of fuzzy mathematics, and AHP methods for evaluating the weights of different targets in target threat estimation are provided. The results of target threat quantitative estimation are obtained .
