Development and application of real-tune water situation monitoring system based on arcIMS

ArcIMS is the second generation GIS platform of ESRI,which is used to publish and share Geo-data in Internet or Intranet,and provides the GIS mutual manipulation function.The real-time water situation monitoring system is realized by ArcIMS based on the technique of WebGIS.Data of water and rain received by telemeter device can be real-time and dynamically reflected on WebGIS platform by diagram of curves,and it supplies an open information spaces for sharing geo-data.This can help manager to analyze the change situation of water and rain and to make the right decision.
