This paper combined with China petroleum pipeline conducted SCADA software localization project development process,on the oil gas pipeline SCADA system software should support operations of the regulation of business in the functional planning and design,combined with the SCADA system software architecture,the access methods of the regulation of business functions are given. Regulation of business applications achieve the full support of oil and gas regulatory,the simple and direct field data collected in accordance with the schedule needs to analyze,calculate,in the case of the dispatch operator to accurately grasp the pipeline scheduling operations corresponding operational,it improves the regulation of the business of oil gas pipelines accurate and timely.
