Sub-Strong Hermitian Matrix and Its Properties

The conception of sub-strong Hermitian matrix is given on the basis of the definition for sub-Hermitian matrix,and some properties of sub-strong Hermitian matrix are obtained by means of sub-Hermitian matrix research methods and its properties.
