Design and simulation of public security traffic management website based on call center

Vehicle's attemper and management has become an important question of society.By intelligent vehicle surveillance system,operator can manage the vehicle with a few command,so the running effect of moving object can be improved greatly.Based on the CTI technology call center public security traffic control system,this set of system goal is through the call center technological transformations,technically enhances the transportation system the service level and the management level,strives for the realization in the municipal transportation the rapid processing accident,achieved the municipal transportation system the highly effective use,guaranteed the system the safe operation,provides the high quality the call service.New call center with voice communications,automatic inquiries,text chat,e-mail,Internet telephony and other functions.Finally,we give the design of the system simulation testing,analysis and test results.
