Studies on optimizing design of the management of marine fishing industry and artificial intelligence system

century is a knowledge economy age based on information technology. In order to build artificial intelligence system of marine fishing industry-use intelligence machine to complete the job which need many experts in this field to do, it is divided into four sections: resource of marine fisheries,marine fishing production, management of marine fishing, assistance of marine fishing. The paper introduced the research efforts of the experts in the four fields separately, and the feasibility and value of building the marine fishing artificial intelligence system were presented by study and analysis,and the research direction in the future was put forward.
