Integrated application of inland ship navigation and dynamic monitoring

The paper analyzed the concept of inland ship navigation and monitoring integrated application and its functional requirements,investigated its system architecture,and designed and implemented a web-based instance of its running in internet explorer.The instance system was developed by using three-tier network architecture,JPS and COM technologies.The system can link closely ship users with other administrative users in inland shipping process,and provide a smooth and convenient transaction channel for them,which has great practical significance in aspects of ensuring ship navigation safety,improving transport and logistics efficiency as well as promoting the level of inland shipping services.
