With the phenomenon of design change,development repetition,development cycle prolongation,labor-resource waste resulted from continuous enterprise requirements in the development process of special steel enterprise manufacturing execution system,the paper presents the object-faced Unified Modeling Language as the solution.On the base of built software framework,the UML is the tool to analyze,design,realize and deploy the system,improves the planning,organizing and integrating of system development process,and meets the enterprise demand.It also strengthens the extensibility,reconfiguration and portability of the system
