Application of Bar Code Detection in Substation Operating Management

Along with improvement of automation level and popularization of unattended mode of substation.it becomes increasingly important of realizing equipment operating status in time,and detecting hidden trouble and improving detecton quality of equipment.The bar code detection is substation detection system which based on bar code technology,it adopts handheld computer which possesses laser code detector as the detection installation,and it can conveniently prosecute equipment detection,as well as record equipment defect,operating parameters and detection time.The application of the system has improved on-spot ratio,and reduced fault which induced by oversight,the paper possesses reference for improving substation detection efficiency and safe operation of equipment.
