EDIS is one of the important portions of SIMS ,and EDBS is a mainstay of CIMS information integrated system.In this paper,the characteristic of EDBS is analyzed in detail within CIMS .It put forward objectived and construct frame of CIMS/EDBS system.Meanwhile,it is made a thorough study.Eventually,a geared to the need of small and medium-size enterprises CIMS/EDBS is developed.
