Research and implementation on common machine-printed commercial invoice recognition system

After analysis the object's characteristics,this paper proposes a Hough skew detect method based on cutting of rectangle rim.It selects the appropriate structure to achieve denoising of the information area,after counting a large number of digit project,proposes a digital identification algorithm based on the projection characteristics.At last,it puts the data into database after the inspection.This implementation system randomly selects 436 pieces invoice and then the recognition rate reaches 90.36%.
