The main issues is how to effectively manage these resources,with the expansion of institutions of higher learning scale,the emergence of a large number of scientific and technological achievements information.Combined with the more mature hardware facilities of the campus network,uses advanced network development technologies to build the network service platform for scientific research,so as to improve the level and quality of network management.
