The Dual Composition of Fuzzy Relations and Its Applications to Transitivity Properties

In this paper we introduce a new type of composition of binary fuzzy relations: the dualcomposition.This new composition allows us to easily describe negative transitivity.By combining thecomposition and the dual composition,we establish some interesting equivalent conditions fortransitivity,negative transitivity,semi-transitivity and Ferrers property.
